Information used by this website
Website accounts use a username and a protected password record. Scoring records can include a shooter’s name, shooter ID, state, club, event entries and results. Support requests include the name, reply email, username and message you provide.
What is public
Published competition results, records and achievements may show shooter names, IDs, states, clubs and scores. Forum usernames and posts are public. Event pages show the organiser contact details supplied for publication. Support messages and account credentials are not displayed publicly.
Why information is kept
Information is used to run accounts, manage scoring access, record competitions, publish results, moderate discussions and answer support requests. Security records help investigate changes and protect access. Session cookies keep you signed in; browser storage can retain scoring work and device-binding information.
Storage and backups
The site uses hosted database and file storage. Authorised administrators can access relevant records. Full-site backups are encrypted. Scheduled copies are retained for 30 days; manual and pre-restore copies are retained until managed by the administrator. Competition history and security audit records are retained to support result integrity and investigation.
External services
Embedded maps connect to Google when loaded. Linked ChatGPT sign-in uses OpenAI’s account service. External entry links, maps and sign-in services have their own privacy practices.
Access, correction and enquiries
Use the private support form to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request removal where applicable. The administrator may need to verify your identity. Some competition and audit records may need to remain to preserve accurate history.
